However, women who love the sun need to realise the importance of skincare before and after sporting under the sun. This is because excessive and repeated exposure to the sun has a significant impact on the skin; it is one of the major causes of premature skin aging, including the appearance of wrinkles and brown spots.
It is recommended that you apply sun care products whenever you venture outdoors for activities, especially if you love to tan. Other than premature skin aging issues, prolonged exposure under strong sunlight cause other skin problems such as sunburns leading to sensitive skin or even skin cancer.
